Paired with the phrase “I Went for a Walk… It Was Raining,” the design celebrates those dogs who enthusiastically demand a walk and then immediately question the entire decision once they discover the weather outside. The walk was requested. The door was opened. Conditions were subsequently deemed unacceptable.
